1. Butoh warm up

   • Roll as a naked egg

   • Spend 5 minutes standing up

   • Spend 3 minutes staring into the wall but seeing an infinity

2. Walk length to length adopting more and more of the Carnesky character each time

   • 5 minutes

3. Stand and breathe as carnesky character 2 minutes

4. Be carnesky character frozen in ice and automatic speak as character 1 minute 30 secs

5. Be carnesky character burning alive and automatic speak 30 seconds

6. Be carnesky character stuck in the earth and automatic speak for 1 minute

7. Create 2 images with 2 actions
